Poor Delivery Service

This flower shop uses an deliver service who does not check to see when funeral homes are accepting flowers, but rather tries to force them to accept aafter the funeral home has closed the doors for the day. Furthermore, when they are delviered a second time on time, they are wilted because they have sat in the deliver truck over night during the summer months. Then the delivery person yells at the people when they tell her that her behavior is unacceptable. Poor service show poor care from these owners in my opionion. I found this out at a fuenral service when I asked funeral director why those flowers were wilted.
